Sunday School
LeRoy UMC offers a quality Sunday School program for all ages.
Jr. High (7th & 8th grade): This group participates in lessons that are relevant to their age group. Every other year the Jr. High class participates in a 9 month Confirmation class. They learn the basics of Christianity and the basics of being a United Methodist. At the end of the confirmation class they have the opportunity, if they wish, to join the church.
High School (9th - 12th grade): This group meets year round and uses a variety of different teaching resources. Sudents are encouraged to share what they think and ask questions about what they don't understand.
Adults: LeRoy UMC offers several different adult classes that accomodate all ages and needs. Currently we offer four different adult classes. Please contact the church to find out what class might suit you best, or just try them all out for yourself!
Children's Church
Children's Church is offered for K- 6th grade. Children join the congregation for the beginning of the worship service and are dismissed after the children's moment with the Pastor. If you are interested in leading Children's Church please contact Steve Ward. We use different volunteers each Sunday.
Bible Studies
Adult Bible study typically meets on Sunday evenings. For more info about upcoming studies please contact the church.
Men's Bible Study meets on Sunday mornings at 8:00am in the Jr. High classroom. (except the first Sunday of each month - Men's Breakfast in the Fellowship Hall at 7:30am)
