Why We Give

We give as a joyful response to God’s love for us and as a way of loving God by being part of the ministries that love God’s children. We give so that we and neighbors may experience God’s love.

What We Give

We give not out of obligation, but as an act of worship. Our giving is an expression of our desire to see Christ’s Kingdom of grace built and to be a part of that construction. So, we strive to practice the spiritual discipline of giving by moving along a continuum: first time giver — occasional giver — intentional giver — tither. No matter where we fall on the continuum, God invites us to serve each other with the gifts we’re entrusted with and give joyfully without fear.
